“Destroyed” House in Swidnica | Poland

That’s one of the stranger places you come by when you’re also visiting smaller places which are not too popular. This house is to find in Swidnica, Poland. We walked around the town a bit as we had all day to spend there. When we passed the prison, we found that house right next to it. It’s so strange; I just had to take a photo. What do you think is the reason for that look? War?
